Robert Chandra is an accomplished acquisitions manager with a decade of real estate experience and an unwavering passion to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals through shrewd commercial and residential property investments. In his prior role with a prominent commercial buyers agency, he has successfully acquired and settled $115M in commercial investments, ranging from industrial assets and suburban retail to medical and Large Format Retail assets. He has acquired assets secured by the likes of national covenants such as Supercheap Auto, PetBarn, Sydney Tools, Anytime Fitness, Plus Fitness and Jetts Fitness.
He has made property mistakes in the past which he has used as a valuable learning experience when guiding his clients. He is also a commercial property investor himself.
Outside of work, he finds a great deal of joy in being a free taxi driver for his 10-year old son’s myriad of activities on the weekend.
