We engaged Right Property Group (RPG) to expand our property portfolio and could not recommend them more highly. We have been really happy with the service from start to finish. From the Director Steve Waters down, including Michelle, Glen and Craig, everyone has been really helpful and more than happy to answer any questions and be available. I was actually most impressed with Steve at the end of last year – We were having a conversation about the next steps in terms of buying an investment property and I was really unsure about how 2018 would pan out in terms of where we would be living and jobs etc. Steve was great at just saying, “look, you have a lot on your plate, come back to this in a few months time when things have settled and you know where you are heading,” There was no pressure to buy; none of that FOMO you get from the property sprukers. We have been Right Property Group customers since 2015 and have used their services to purchase multiple properties in that time.

Prior to learning about Right Property Group we purchased an off the plan property that unfortunately has gone backwards in value.  In hindsight it wasn’t the best choice of property.

Since using RPG, the team have been able to find properties that have been neutral to slightly negatively geared with these properties increasing in value.  A number of these properties should become positively geared soon.  The improved cash flow will make holding on to the properties much easier.

Had I not used RPG, I would never have considered buying where we did nor would have I considered buying the properties that we did.  The research that teams do in finding the right property for their customers is invaluable.  Also, the assistance right throughout the buying process makes for a less stressful transaction even when things don’t seem to be going your way.

Engaged Right Property Group to purchase an investment property in Brisbane in Nov 2021. Very unhappy with their extremely poor service!! Nearly purchased a property with potential structural problems through them. Had to terminate their service after 3 months. Completely wasted our time and money!! Overall the team is very poor in communication and not thorough which are critical skills in this business.
