Cheree brings over 23 years of frontline property experience to her role at Right Property Group, with an extensive background across residential portfolio management, compliance, inspections, and business ownership throughout Western Australia.

Having managed portfolios of up to 200 properties across Perth, Mandurah and regional WA, Cheree has developed a deep understanding of how investment properties perform in real-world conditions. Her experience spans lease structuring, maintenance strategy, tenancy risk assessment, arrears management, court representation, and insurance claims — giving her a comprehensive view of both opportunity and risk.

As a former business owner providing outsourced inspection and reporting services to multiple agencies, Cheree has conducted thousands of detailed property assessments. This has refined her ability to look beyond presentation and evaluate a property’s underlying fundamentals—identifying assets with strong growth potential, sustainability, and alignment to long-term wealth strategies.

Her industry performance has earned formal recognition, including Harcourts WA Runner-Up Property Manager of the Year and the Harcourts WA Property Manager Excellence Award. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and her ability to assess property through a strategic investor’s lens.
