Engaged Right Property Group to purchase an investment property in Brisbane in Nov 2021. Very unhappy with their extremely poor service!! Nearly purchased a property with potential structural problems through them. Had to terminate their service after 3 months. Completely wasted our time and money!! Overall the team is very poor in communication and not thorough which are critical skills in this business. After all the stress with RPG, fortunately we have recently purchased a property through another buyer’s agent which we engaged less than 3 weeks ago!!

The key is the fact these guys are strategists. They sat down with my wife and I and listened to our end goal and then reverse engineered a plan for us to achieve this. Very open throughout the process and happy to answer and questions and take onboard any suggestions/concerns we had. The communication and process was ridiculously smooth. Cannot recommend RPG enough. I’m normally a “do it yourself” person and never one to usually pay for expertise, however if you aren’t confident in your own judgement in property selection, the team at RPG will definitely take the stress off your mind.

As a new investor, I am glad that I had RPG to guide me through my first purchase. I realize the value of their service after my struggle to find a property in the market on my own, using the knowledge I acquired from the articles on the Internet, which most of us would have started with. I agree that there is a lot of free information available on Internet. Be mindful that they are from the individual author’s perspective. If you have noticed any contradicting information, then this is what it means. What most of us forget is that not all the information on the internet is suitable for each one of us. We should be able to identify which one is right for us based on our situation and as far as I know, there is not much guidance on how to do it. And this is what I got from RPG and I am grateful for their service. All their staffs are very friendly and never hesitated to answer any of my questions irrespective of how silly they are. As a new buyer, you need not have to know the ins and outs of real estate if you are going to join RPG.
