Francis has been personally investing in property since 2013—though if you ask him about his first purchase, he’ll tell you it was more of a “character-building experience” than a success story. Determined to turn things around, he dove headfirst into property investment education, learned from his early missteps, and built a successful portfolio.

Since obtaining his real estate licence in 2018, Francis has worked his way up from an associate buyers agent to a full-fledged buyers agent and is now studying to become an accredited Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA). With experience in hundreds of property transactions across NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and WA, he brings a sharp eye for research, evaluation, and acquisitions—because, as he learned, details matter (especially when buying property).

When he’s not researching properties for his clients, Francis spends his time drumming (since age nine), learning acoustic guitar, and staying active with his wife of 14 years, Anna, and their bulldog, Axe—who may or may not be the real boss of the household.
